More July 4th pictures
We had a quiet evening at my mom's house. The boys are still too little for fireworks and they go to bed so early it makes it rough on everyone to be out so late for something like that. We are so thankful for our freedoms that we have in this country. Christina a lady who helps me with the house sometime said the other day, "You have a real good life here..", you know, we do and we all take is for granted. Lord help us to be thankful this year for all the freedoms & blessings we have here in America.

1st food accident
We had our 1st food accident this week at my moms. Thomas was playing in the playroom with his cousins, I had looked over the room to make sure that there was no food around and thought we were ok. They were watching a movie and playing so I really was not watching him too closely. Later I went downstairs to find an empty cookie wrapper!?! Yes, Thomas had eaten the cookies..I was so frustrated.. These cookies were in the trash can and they had been thrown away with just a few left in the bag. Why or how he decided to eat something out of the trash I do not know? Poor little fella had a terrible stomach ache the next day and a very upset tummy. It was interesting to see how after a month and a half of not eating gluten one or two cookies really affected his little body. We were driving over 526 and I had to pull over at the Long Point Road exit bc he was crying saying that his tummy was hurting..
Now we know, check the trash too!

I needed a camera and a leash!!
What a night! We had an awesome time at Seacoast for our 1st Wes service. West was an angel and nursed/slept right there in the service the whole time. Such an awesome feeling to hold your child and worship the Lord at the same time. My cup truly overflows!! At the end we went to get Thomas for the last song and he wanted to go up front on the side to see Uncle Martin and the drums. He brought me to tears when he was raising his hands and jumping up and down to the worship music. We are so thankful to have a spirit filled church and that our children are being raised to know and love a Jesus who is tangible, someone they can talk to, a friend for life. That was the part I needed the camera for.. Well then came the reason I needed the leash.
After the service I got him in his pjs, ( 1st Wes runs way past bedtime! ) and he was running through the aisles, all the sudden he took off and was gone. In a normal church and will a normal child, this would be no big deal. But we go to church with thousands of people, only a couple hundred there tonight, but still, a couple hundred is enough and Thomas is FAST! If any of you have ever spent any time with him you are nodding your heads in agreement right now. Faster than most. So here I was flying through the church, "Jenny if you see Thomas grab him!" "Scott, if you see Thomas grab him!" on and on, I made my way back to the worship center and there he is walking along holding daddy's hand..

Pool day and fun with cousins!
Today we went out to the pool for a little outing which turned into 3 hours! For 3 hours Thomas did not get out of the pool once! He loves it! Thank goodness for the shade for little West. We had a great time with Johnny and Juliette, ( my stand-ins while Jasmine is at camp.) Chara and Riley and Seven and Kristen.
After that we went to Mumsey's house to see some of Thomas' cousins that were in town. They all had a blast!
