still here...
Once again we are still here! The lack of computer really is making me a better mommy though and I am spending a ton more time with the kids and not telling them to hold on a minute while I do "one more thing.."
Anyway..We have been busy as usual. Both boys are on an antibiotic and if you know me well you know that is so rare for one to get one let alone both at the same time!
Thomas has a sinus infection and impentigo again and West a nasty ear infection.. We had his preschool class over on Thursday for a playdate, went to Lexington on Sat for Laurel's 1st bday party, we had Hayden Grace's baptism today and a nice brunch as a family.
This week we are getting back to normal with Thomas back in school and Jasmine in the afternoons.
Did you all see Tommy on the news on Thurseday? We are very proud of him!
West rolled over in his crib today for the first time, belly to back, he had done it a while back on the floor once but that was the only time.
Also if you get a chance google the state paper and then search for "LaRoque" and read the article on my sister AnnaBelle and her bussiness "LaRoque" and the impact that she made on the Carolina Cup this weekend.
Hope ya'll are well! God bless!

We are still here and boy do I have a lot of updating once we get a new computer. We had a nice quiet Easter, West was sick with a fever of 103.2, appears he has some nasty virus, they tested him for the flue and we will go back in in the am-
Thomas had a blast at the Seacoast West AShley Easter egg hunt and got really into hunting the eggs, it was a lot of fun!
We are getting ready to host his preschool class on Thurseday am as they are all out of shcool this week.
Tommy is working hard and is really busy, praise the LORD!
Happy Easter everybody! Christ has risen indeed!!!!

Happy Bday Mumsey!
Soccer!
Soccer started back last night for Tommy. We all went to cheer daddy on. Along we took our sweet Jazzy so that she could play with Thomas on the playground that they have. The nats were really really really bad so I had West in the sling, asleep, all covered up so that he would be protected. That sling as really worked out well!

Playtime, Puzzles, Daddy time and more!
We have had a fun couple of days. West has started to be interested in some toys and the exersaucer. Thomas has really gotten into puzzles, he did all those all by himself!!! Then last night I was on the phone so Tommy had West, I came into the bedroom and he had fallen asleep on daddy, isnt he sweet?!?

West 4 month appointment!
Sweet West had his 4 month appointment with Dr. Hutton today. Here are his stats!
Weight- 13 pounds 6.5 ounces 24%
length 25 1/4 >50%
Head circumfrence 16" >10%
Here was Thomas at 4 months
Weight 13.9 ounces
Length 25 1/2"
Head circumfrence 16 3/4
Can you believe that West is smaller than Thomas at this age in all three areas! I guess all we remember is skinny little Thomas which did not really happen until the 6-9 months time frame..Even though being in the 25% for weight is not huge!

Magnolia Place!
This is crazy..I got these uploaded and then got the server error message again?
We had a nice day at MP here in West Ashley. Besides Thomas getting bit by a horse..and then having to have a tetnus shot...we had a great day! The weather was sooo nice and the company of course could not be better! ( Jennie and Jake ) Loads more pictures to come!
Dinner with the Elverums!
Have you ever met someone who you knew was special right away? Someone you knew you wanted to get to know better? When we met Jennie and Pat at Jenny and Neil's house over 2 years ago that was how we felt. We got to know them a little better on the beach at Sullivan's Island that 4th of July and the rest is history. They came over for a casual night of pizza and salad on Sat. Now that Jake is walking the boys had a really good time playing in Thomas' room. We love you Elverums!
Pictures to come, I have been trying to load them all weekend and keep getting an error message?!?

Fun afternoon outside!
My sleeper....
West is my little sleeper, he LOVES to sleep, funny thing though I did NOTHING to make him this way...no sleep training, no books, nothing...He wants to be in his bed and will sleep for sometimes, 2, 2.5 hours...He cuddles up with this ducky and sleeps on his tummy.. Durring the day he is in the crib and at night he is with us. Can you believe that West will be 4 months old on the 12th?
Thankful Thurseday!
Thirteen things I am thankful for in no particular order! ( well except the 1st one!)
1. Jesus Christ
2. our church
3. our godly friends
4. my husband
5. my children
6. the amazing spring weather that we are having!
7. nursing my children
8. everyone being healthy right now
9. being about to stay home with my boys!
10. my family
11. my sister and her marriage struggles, it has made me turn to the lord more and to be thankful for my healthy marriage.
12.a shower, I got one this am, I was really thankful...
13.all the photos that we have around the house of the children, I LOVE looking at them!

YUM..or yuck maybe...
Last night we were eating dinner and I had made my hamburger into a sandwhich, Thomas wanted a bite so I gave him some, he spit out the meat part and just ate the bread. He then wanted his own sandwhich so we made him one with Ketchup, mayo and bread. He LOVED it, as you can see...Tommy who likes no condiments was totally grossed out!

Ever feel overlooked by the world? Take heart sister- we are handpicked by God.
I am not just doing tasks. I am building a legacy. I am shaping God's kingdom. I am in the process of not only discovering my calling but that of my family as well. And I don't know about you, but it sure does make me look at my everyday tasks... even the smelly laundry in a whole different light.
Dear Lord, thank you that even when I feel overlooked, I can rest in the fact that I am handpicked by You. Help me to live my life for an audience of One. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

What a daddy!
Have I told you what a great daddy and husband Tommy is? Not only did he bring me flowers, which he knows I LOVE!!! He also had both boys outside today so I could put away some laundry. West is not quit big enough for the Ergo yet but in another month of so it should be perfect! I love you honey!!
Also here is West in the exersaucer for the first time, another thing that he is still too little for..I am no rush though, I love this stage where they don't move from where you put them:)
