Look at West in his sweet little outfit. I was begging Thomas to hold West but he was not interested, atleast he was giving him some love. West is just a few days past 6 weeks here and Thomas is 31 months old.

Thomas rarely falls asleep on the floor like this. He was watching Cars and just passed out. Too much Christmas fun I suppose...

Candy!!!

Well her name is Caroline and now Thomas can say it but for the longest time he called her "Candy". You may remember from the Halloween picts that Jodie and I have been getting these 2 together since they were tee tiny..Here they are today exchanging Christmas gifts and playing together! We treasure Caroline and Jodie so very much:)

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas everyone! We have had some really fun busy days this week. After the Sunday celebration we had Christmas eve at church which consisted of Thomas making himself through up in the car as we drove in the parking lot, so we told the nursery workers that we did not think he was sick but just to watch him, so then he had a weird poop, ( he always has weird poop) so they ask us to take him out of nursery, no problem, I totally understand! So now Tommy is not in church bc he has Thomas out in the hall way, I am not in church bc West is screaming at the top of his lungs in the nursery room, still not sure what was wrong with him but he was totally out of sorts..So poor AnnaBelle ( my sister) was sitting in church all by herself.

After that we went back to moms to have some dinner, let Thomas open 1 present, a Bill and Ben train and then home.

Christmas morning, my mom, Bruce ( long time boyfriend ) and AnnaBelle came over, we did presents and had breakfast and read the Christmas Story, Luke 2. Check out the painting that AnnaBelle made for West and Tommy's new LaRoque bow tie that she sells in her store, very talented that girl is. Thomas is so blessed, I am proud that we did not over do it but he got some great new things, and he loves them. James, 2008 Hess Truck, Tipping Tractor from Cars, Magnadoodle and more! Then at 2:00 Tommy's family came over, Jerry, Sarah, Jennifer, Gus, Katlyn and Ethan. Although Thomas slept through most of their visit, it was nice to see everyone on Christmas. At 7:00 we went to the Dales Christmas party, Jennifer Dale is a long time friend of mine all the way from grade school. Thomas was sooo good, he watched a movie and ate some chips, then got warmed up and starting running around chasing this little dog, this little dog did not like Thomas so we guessed we better head out before we wore out our welcome and West got fussy and Thomas got bit! So home we went and bed for all, we were TIRED!!

Christmas Eve celebration on Sunday and more!

We had a Christmas Eve celebration a day early so that everyone could get back to their houses for Christmas. We had a crowd of about 25 at my moms, full of Aunts, Uncles, cousins and more. Not too many great shots bc I was taking care of West all day, but here is Thomas playing with his 2008 Hess Truck ( he gets one every year) and some shots of the kids outside. Also the neighborhoood had a sweet little parade, they kids loved watching everybody go by!

Also some of Thomas and daddy and his new magnadoodle and West asleep in his crib on his ducky.

Monday update on West

We went to the Dr again today to have West checked out before Christmas and praise the Lord! He is doing so well. She said we can stop the breathing treatments. She said that we have set a record for having the youngest, sickest baby and staying out of the hospital, in her practice and recovering so quickly! Well, we know why don't we..All those prayers have been answered!!! Praise the Lord for healing West, what a great Christmas present:) You should also know that he weighed in at 9 lbs 12 ozs at nearly 6 weeks. We go back in 2 weeks for his 8 week check up. A visit with Gran Gran, Dog Kisses and more

On Friday ( 12-21-07) my biological mom, Jay, ( Gran Gran ) came for a visit to see the boys.

Also a good ole kiss from Georgia, some time in the boppy, and a little smile!

Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and More!

Yesterday, ( 12-22-07) We had a very busy day. Errands in the am, and then Tommy's Uncle Allen came by to see the boys, we also had my niece Bailey in from Columbia, then Tommy's sister, Jennifer came by with Katlyn and Ethan and finally Tommy's other sister ( they are twins) came by with her friend Carmen. The kids had so much fun and it was great to spend some quality time with everyone. A great start to the Christmas weekend!

Be near me Lord Jesus...

Be near me Lord Jesus I ask you to stay, close by me forever and love me I pray.. I was rocking West to sleep tonight and singing to him. I sang that line and I really started to think, to pray, to talk to God. Tommy and I have been asking each other "What do you want.." and bc we are so blessed it has been hard to come up with things that we want. As I was holding my sweet 5 week old I thought about how Mary gave birth to the Savior of the World, a little baby, and now I hold my little baby, and I just feel so blessed. I prayed for their salvation, for their safety, for their health, for wife's that love the Lord one day. Tommy and I really have so much, I could never ask for all that God has given us. My two sweet little boys are so amazing, if I could have special ordered them from God I could not have even come close to all that God has made them. I wonder what they will be one day, who they will marry, Lord I pray they will love the Lord...I think one thing that makes my relationship with Jesus so real is that he came as a sweet little boy, just like mine, and came to a normal old momma, just like me. God I pray your blessings on my sweet little boys this Christmas season. Be near me ( and my family ) Lord Jesus I ask you to stay, close by me forever and love them I pray!

Thurseday update on West

We went back to the Dr today, West now weighs 9 lbs 7 ozs:) Overall he sounds better, no wheezing but still very congested and junky sounding in his chest. So you guessed it , we are back to the Drs on Christmas eve am- Still on the breathing treatments and watching him closely:) We are so thankful for our wonderful Drs and all of our sweet friends who have been praying for West!

Little Smiles are here!

No pictures yet bc we were all laying in the bed but yes the sweet little smiles are happening a little bit now. West was 5 weeks old yesterday and we are so thankful for everyday with him, he is such a blessing to our family!

Bubbles with Jassons!

Ok her name is Jasmine but Thomas calls her Jassons, she is helping us this week while she is out of school. This am she and Thomas were playing bubbles!

As of about 4:00 pm today, Hannah is face to face with her Heavenly Father , restored to wholeness once again-Please continue to cover their family in prayer. Christmas party at School

Today was Thomas' party at school. Everybody had a nice time. The kids are really all coming out of their shells now as things are getting louder and busier. The 2 ladies are Thomas' teachers, Mrs. Laura and Mrs. Joan, and here are all the boys in his class playing with the tools, Ty, Alex, Ryan and Thomas:)
