Thanksgiving fun

We went to my Aunts for a bit on Thanksgiving. No pictures of West bc he was in the sling the whole time to keep him away from germs...Tommy and Thomas spent most of the time outside playing with Bailey and Tripp, don't we sound social? All things aside we have so much to be Thankful for this year...God is so good!

So we took Thomas and West to the Holiday Festival Of Lights out at James Island County Park last night. Mostly just to get Thomas out of the house after a stressful afternoon. We had a great time, there was no body there, so no lines for the carosel or the choo choo. Thomas LOVED it and I am sure that we will go back again atleast once, I have a feeling that this year will be so much fun with Thomas really getting into the lights and getting excited. Enjoy!

I was watching my slide show on my myspace page and listening to the song that is on the profile... " You are good" the song talks about how good our God is. And how " the storm may swell, but you are good" A great song that really speaks to my heart. Now on day 6 of becoming a mommy again, I have found myself torn between 2 very little people, one who depends on me for everything and one who used to have me all to himself. Trying to balance Thomas' needs and West has been a challenge today..And yes the hormones are flowing...and the tears...In the midst of it all I look at all these pictures and proclaim that God is so good, so amazing to bless us with 2 little people who depend on us for everything, all though it may be a challenge we are so privileged to be able to meet all their needs just like Jesus meets ours... November 20th 2007

Today we went to West's first Dr. Appointment, it went great. He is only 2ozs away from his birth weight. Bc he looks so good she said we don't have to come back until he is 2 months old:) We also went to Thomas' Thanksgiving party at school. Busy morning with lots of fun!

Here are a few shots from the days that we missed. Everything is going great! I have to say how thankful I am to Tommy, he has been amazing while I was in the hospital and of course now that we are home. You're the best honey, I love you!
