Funny moments

Today we were waiting for Jasmine to come out of her Dr's appointment and Thomas said " Me me Jazzy needs to come out into the Big Big World!" What, where did that come from?
Then tonight Jasmine was getting him dressed after his bath and he said, "I need to see my ma ma" What he has NEVER called me "ma ma" when he came into my room he said " me me, lets go night night." so funny though to hear him say "ma ma"

Jasmine out of school!

Yay! Jasmine is out of school! She will helping us several days out of the week this summer and we are thrilled!! Today we ran some errands and then went to Alhambra Hall to play and have a picnic.
Thomas is doing well, a lot better than earlier this week, although still having his moments. And good news that Thomas appointment with MUSC peds GI that was August 27th got moved to tomorrow.
I am a little nervous though, they mentioned that he would want to do a biopsy of Thomas' small intestine and for that he would have to eat Gluten containing foods again. SORRY, we have had the worst time getting him off of these and I do not have a peace about putting my child to sleep when the blood test is 95-99% accurate.. Please pray that the appointment goes well and that this guy is not pushy etc..

Happy Tuesday!

Today we went to the Children's Museum with Jennie and Jake, sadly and mostly bc we have a thousand CML pictures I did not take any. Here is one of West though, he does not eat solids yet but has had 2 bites of banana which he could really care less about, what he does like is this mesh feeder with an ice cube in it, yummy!

Spray Play and Park with Kinneys

Today we met the Kinneys at JICP for some spray play time and to play on the playground. As soon as we pulled up 5 buses got there also and began unloading...So we played on the playground for a while waiting for it to not be so wild over there. We had a lunch but left a little early bc Thomas' was starting to have a hard time, I would say he is 75% better today so we are def making progress. A huge praise to God bc Thomas wanted something from the vending machines, well what he could eat I had no idea and I could not read the labels bc it was a vending machine, I spotted these baked chips that we buy for the house and he was happy, until later when he wanted something "green" that I was sure for not ok- That was when the battle began.
Also here is Thomas in his chair that we ordered him for his bday, it was on backorder and just came today, he LOVES it!

Thank you God for Coleman!

We had the joy of celebrating one year of a healthy heart with the Kinney family this weekend. Thomas had a great time playing in the "bath tub" as he called it with the other children.
Overall he is doing well but still pretty severe mood swings, hoping he is just still in a detox phase. Pray for him as I have to take him to get another blood draw tomorrow..
Last night we had dinner with the Elverums at the Boathouse on IOP, can you believe they don't have sweet tea! I am still shocked, anyway it was lovely, I left Thomas with mom and West with Pat on the island, it was my first time leaving West and we both did well. I really needed that adult time. We love Jennie and Pat so much and will always remember last night and all the wonderful memories that we have made with them while they have been here!
Look how we found West this am during his nap, so funny for us to see him like this, he is faithful tummy sleeper I dont know if we have ever seen him sleep on his back since we came home from East Cooper.
