Busy Saturday!

Such a busy day, we started the am with Thomas and I at the pool by 7:30am, oye, yawn.... This was the first big meat that they let the Marlins group swim in. We weren't really sure what to expect but Thomas swam a 25 in all four strokes. Backstroke being his best. Thomas loved it! I brought his bay blades, his dsi and some books. The kids had a little corner to play in, they would go swim, come back and play again until it was time to go swim again. It was crazy 200+ swimmers probably, parents, grandparents, siblings, overall it ran really smoothly and although Thomas wasn't the fastest in his heat by a long shot he was smiling the whole time.. And eat, oh my goodness, after he was finished he ate 3 bowls of nachos and cheese dip, 2 hot dogs with out the bun of course, half of a loaded baked potato, and some candy!! At 40 pounds I'm not sure where he puts all of that but I'm pretty sure it was calories burned after all that swimming. Tommy took the little kids to the Low country crisis pregnancy center fundraiser called the walk for life. Isn't Hartley sweet with her face painted. We ended up the night with some smores on the back deck.
