Biggest parenting scare thus far..

Hartley when the meds peaked..
And hopefully the last one of this nature! I have so many things I want to say, so many emotions that have just come to the surface after days of running on a cylinder you do during a crisis.. What I can say right now is that God is sovereign. What was meant for evil, danger, destruction, is now being used to proclaim is faithfulness! It is nothing short of a miracle that Hartley is still here with us and 100% fine. Although she did experience side effects they were minor to what they were afraid would happen. Our children are gifts from God and we were reminded Tuesday what  a gift Hartley is to us. We do not take her for granted and am eternally thankful that God protected her little mind and body..Thank you Jesus!

Starting to feel better after the peak of the meds, able to sit up and play.
Heading out for a wagon ride, taking a break from the monitors.
The MUSC atrium is so much fun!

Breakfast in bed, sweet girl got lots of attention.
The day we were discharged Hartley and West got to spend some time in the atrium at a fun camp they had created. What an amazing place for sick children and their families!
