Breakfast with Santa!

We had a lovely time this morning at Breakfast with Santa. This was the 1st year that Thomas was excited to see him and did not cry. Westy loved him as he loves everyone especially anyone with a beard..Pictures to come this evening!
If you are wondering why Thomas was not in the Christmas tree pictures he was in the car throwing a big fit, does not wake up from a car nap well...

Sunday dinner at Mumsey's house

We had a really nice Sunday dinner at my mom's house. My sister Melanie and her family were still there. Thomas loved playing with Baily, and yes West does have on a Christmas outfit!

Happy Thanksgiving!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving. My sisters and their children were here so Thomas was able to play with his cousins. He loved that! Westy was sick..Wednesday night he had a fever of 103.9 he can throw a high fever faster than any child I know. We never could find anything wrong with him so we just called it a virus, ( that's what a Dr calls something when they don't have an answer..jk..) that would be why he was asleep on me at the cafeteria, if he wont eat or nurse you know something is definitely wrong!
We went to my Aunts on James Island and had a wonderful time. These are our first holidays gluten free but I think we fared just fine. Isn't Thomas' gluten free cupcake precious. Thanks to my friend Susie I have the most amazing cake lady now, Mrs. Grace who makes all sorts of super cute stuff for us! West is also our climber, the train table, the kitchen table..he is climbing much earlier than Thomas did. Tommy's sister Sarah and her friend Carmen were in town also and we really enjoyed getting to spend some time with them. We are so thankful for all of our friends and family:) Our cup truly runeth over.

Making Christmas presents 2008 and playing outside!

OK, I am going to try to keep up with this via the neighbors computer...
This week we went and worked on our annual Christmas presents at Kilin Time. Cant say what they will be because it will ruin the surprise but they are sooo cute! The boys did great! This afternoon we spent a little time outside although it is really cold for Charleston. High was in the 40s today..

Happy 1st Birthday West!

We can not believe that our baby is 1!! We had the most amazing bday party and celebration of his little life last weekend. He was such a trooper, went to anyone, crawled everywhere in and out. The Lord heard my frantic prayers over the weather and we had several beautiful hours before the rain came back. If we had to use one word to describe West and his 1st year of life we would say "laughter" he has brought us so much joy, he laughs and we all laugh so much more because he is here. Thank you Lord for the amazing gift that Westy has been to us!

We miss blog world!!

We so miss blog world! We are all doing well, although barley surviving with out a computer, you don't realize how much you use it until its gone! The boys are great. I am feeling a little bittersweet remembering exactly what was happening the week before West's birth, its so vivid. Feeling so thankful for a happy healthy soon to be 1 year old and somewhat feeling that yearn in my heart for another baby. We would like at least the space that we have between West and Thomas. Ultimately the LORD is in control and his timing is always right. The weather is amazing here and we have been spending a lot of time outdoors. Miss you all!!
